Acupuncture has a long and established history in reproductive medicine. Here at the Clinic we use it regularly to help boost fertility, to help improve the chances of  IVF success, and to prepare the body for conception and pregnancy generally.

Research suggests that underlying conditions such as Polycystic Ovarian  Syndrome  and irregular cycles may also be treated with  acupuncture It may also be good for relieving stress (which is not good for fertility) as well as balancing female hormones (hormonal imbalance is a frequent contributor to fertility problems) and boosting the flow of blood to the reproductive organs. Research suggests that it may help with  male fertility issues too.
